I have never seen that amount of water wetter do anything negative to any system whether it be pure water or water/coolant. It says something like 4 _cap_ fulls per gallon, which is itsy bitsy. Most people do not read the label and pour the whole bottle in assuming that more is better when in fact that is no the case. Most of these coolant additives are nothing more than surface tension reducers, allowing the water to spread further across all heating and cooling surfaces.
